Take care of yourself.

Therapy can be key to being the best friend, family member or partner you can be. You need to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Carli helps people everyday who struggle with a wide variety of issues:

  • Complex Trauma

  • Adult ADHD

  • Women’s Issues

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Divorce

  • Relationships

  • Attachment

Why therapy?

Because life is for living, not just surviving. There is no issue too large or small to seek assistance for. One of the greatest joys in life is discovering your own voice, resilience, and self-perception. While it may not always be easy, it is definitely worth it. In partnership, we can make sure that growth happens in a healthy and productive way, so that you may build a fulfilling life infused with strong relationships and positive experiences that match your wonderful uniqueness.

  • Therapy Style

I believe everyone is unique and therefore distinctive techniques may need to be used for each individual. Although I take an eclectic approach, I am a certified NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) practitioner and I also place a strong reliance on utilizing parts work/Internal Family Systems, attachment based, humanistic and interpersonal approaches. NARM is a therapeutic model used to heal Complex Trauma by addressing the attachment patterns that develop from relational and developmental trauma. Please see links section for more information on NARM and Complex Trauma.
